Last updated: March 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Nixd ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Nixd mobile application (the "App"). Nixd is developed by Lucas Ribeiro.

Information We Collect

Nixd is designed with your privacy in mind. The App stores the following data locally on your device:

Your quit date
Usage habits and vaping history
Craving logs and triggers
Breath exercise scores
App preferences and settings

This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to this information.

No Account Required

Nixd does not require you to create an account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to use the App.

Subscription and Payment Data

If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription status information. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. You can review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.

Analytics

Nixd does not currently use any analytics or tracking services. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Since your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it.

Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. We do not retain any data on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Nixd is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to address the situation.
